Lightweight flywheels
These are CNC lightened 2-piece cast-iron flywheels. A great deal
of care has been used to ensure that the strength of the item is not
compromised in any way. For some 15 years these have been sold, and
used in both road and competition work without failure.

MiniMan disc brakes
This is a wooden pattern for a cast iron vented rotor & cast alloy
caliper set to fit under 10" wheels. It will be available as an exchange
kit as we are hoping to use the drum-brake upright, flange & CV joint.
It will also be suited for disc upright, flange & CV too (hopefully).
Still under wraps until the funds for a "run" can be found. |

Modified Cylinder heads
Since entering motorsport at the age of eight, the MiniMan has been
modifying his own cylinder heads. Modifying and then competing your
own cylinder heads is an invaluable way to learn what works best.
All MiniMan reconditioned cyl heads, whether they`ve been ported or
not, get full polished chambers as standard issue. |

This is the 32cc Cyl Head that is sitting ontop of the 1510cc donk
& was needed to be done for Targa Tassie as they don`t allow av-gas
anymore This (very large chamber) head brought the compression ratio
down from 12.3 to 10:1 so any old pump fuel can be poured in. It has
36.5mm inlets & 30.5mm exhausts. |

This is the original (12.3:1) cyl head from the 1510cc...37mm inlets
& 31.5 exhausts with a very rounded "bathtub" type chamber shape... |

Stroker engines & cranks
This one is one of my "Sooper-U-Beauty" .080 under stroker crank
shafts... This gives the absolute maximum stroke available from the
use of a std large journal crank. One of these cranks features in
Matt's 1510cc "new blew". |

Auto 1275 block conversion
these are my adapters that I make to convert an Automatic mini block
into a manual one...there`s some other mods to the oil galleries such
as after the oil pump adapter is bolted into place, the gallery need
to be drilled right through into meet the little hole & the oil pressure
limit valve has to be welded or changed over to a manual type one.
That`s pretty well it tho...easy-peasy!!! |
