| The MDC started when on Aug 23, 2002 James Beggs from NSW was visiting Brisbane, so a bunch of local mini enthusiasts from the same message board decided a "lunch" should be held. It was held at Hotel CBD, and the MDC was born! **see pics here**(offsite link to James) | ||

| From there the MDC has gone from strength to strength. Next month, the meeting was held at Gihooley's Irish Pub...... | ||

| This was a wild and fun night. One of the founding members, had a few too many drinks after an early start at the pub to farewell a workmate. He had to make a hasty exit later in the night with the help of some bouncers for... umm.. freeing willy? | ||
